Sayyid Al-Hakeem Receives Al-Mandalawi, Stresses Coordination Framework Unity, Complete Constitutional Entitlements
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers’ Alliance, received on Wednesday evening at His office in Baghdad, Mr. Muhsin Al-Mandlawi, Head of Al-Asas Al-Iraqi Alliance.
The two sides addressed recent political developments, the cohesion of the Coordination Framework, the completion of constitutional obligations, and the protection of the rights of all components, as core issues at this critical stage.
H.E. affirmed the importance of safeguarding the stability that has been achieved, explaining that completing constitutional obligations contributes to strengthening this stability and shifting it from a temporary condition to a lasting and sustainable one.
H.E. stressed that unity within the Coordination Framework remains a guarantee for the rights of the largest component and a fundamental pillar of stability, noting that unified political positions have a positive impact on the overall national scene.
H.E. also emphasized the need to agree on frameworks and programs before settling on names, clarifying that the magnitude of current challenges requires unified visions, coherent programs, and a shared sense of responsibility among all powers entrusted with leadership, in a way that serves Iraq’s highest national interest.
