Sayyid Al-Hakeem Calls to Strengthen Organizational Communication, Attract Competent Cadres
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, met with the President and leaders of the General Authority of Al-Hikma National Movement in Baghdad and the governorates, congratulating them on assuming positions of responsibility within the General Authority.
H.E. affirmed that the General Authority represents the comprehensive organizational body of the movement, stressing the adoption of impact as the primary criterion for measuring sound leadership, and calling for investing the energies of the leadership in transforming influence into wide and effective outreach within society.
In the course of the meeting, H.E. Sayyid Al-Hakeem called for strengthening communication with organizations in an effective and regular manner, affirming the importance of periodic performance reviews and seizing emerging opportunities. H.E. also stressed the necessity of identifying active elements, attracting competent cadres and empowering them, while ensuring fair representation of the various governorates.
H.E. pointed to the importance of educating members on political, national, and regional developments, considering this a form of direct nourishment that fortifies members and equips them with accurate information.
H.E. concluded the meeting by calling for early preparation for upcoming entitlements and a thorough review of performance in all its details, entrusting members of the General Authority with the responsibility of contributing effectively to improving performance and consolidating the course of restoring credibility.
