Sayyid Al-Hakeem Meets Middle Euphrates Al-Hikma National Movement Leadership, Affirms Field Work, Leadership Development, Serving Citizens

During his meeting with a gathering of organizational leaders of Al-Hikma National Movement in the Middle Euphrates region, His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers' Alliance, affirmed that organizational meetings are gatherings with loved ones and family, pointing to the importance of such meetings in addressing public affairs and following up on the progress of organizational work.

H.E. called for sincerity of intention in all work and for dedicating it purely to Allah and to seeking His noble countenance, affirming the importance of continuously reviewing and orienting work at every stage toward the highest goal of attaining Allah's pleasure and obedience, and noting that all outcomes — whether favorable or otherwise — are by Allah's grace, guidance, and decree.

H.E. Sayyid Al-Hakeem stressed the importance of field work influence, calling on organizational leaders to be present, impactful, active, and proactive across all sectors and fields in accordance with clear and sound plans, with a focus on meeting citizens' daily needs within the bounds of available capacities.

H.E. called for raising awareness of the Movement and the legacy of its martyred leaders who gave their lives in its service, affirming to the veteran members the importance of assuming the mission of connecting new generations to those great and devoted figures, and cautioning against monotony in work while emphasizing the principle of continuous development and review in the drawing up of plans and programs.

In conclusion, H.E. affirmed the importance of remaining undeterred by campaigns of defamation and targeting, explaining that such campaigns are directly proportional to influence, the greater the leadership's impact, the greater the targeting it faces,  and calling for this to be met by articulating positions and their context clearly. H.E. defined a successful leader as one who is capable of producing leaders of equal caliber, stressing the importance of grassroots engagement and closeness to the people.
