Sayyid Al-Hakeem Affirms Babylon Governor Service Reality Improvement, Local Governments Powers Activation Importance
His Eminence Sayyid Al-Hakeem, Head of the National State Powers Alliance, met with Babylon Governor Mr. Ali Turki Al-Chamali, and listened to his detailed explanation of the service reality in the governorate. His Eminence reiterated the necessity of providing the best possible service for the people of Babylon. H.E. stressed the importance of utilizing the scientific competencies in coordinating with universities, calling to direct efforts towards districts and subdistricts, as well as providing services to all citizens. H.E. also called to grant provincial councils their full constitutional and legal powers.
